In addition to our regular program of site maintenance, repair and improvement, the coming months and summer break of 2019/2020 will see several large projects undertaken here on site at School.

The C block building (currently the home of Year 2 and Kindy) is one of the original buildings in the School about which we are now commencing a significant summer refurbishment project. The worn pergolas are being dismantled and old garden beds removed, with the east facing walls replaced with glass folding doors transitioning out to incorporate a covered indoor-outdoor space for play and learning, providing fresh air, space and light and creating exciting new learning areas for our youngest children.

Final work continues on the lower two floors of the K Block Learning Centre. The top two classroom floors have been in use for two weeks now with our HSC examinations, but with work reaching completion over the summer, next year will begin with new café, multi-purpose zone, study area, Yr 12 Common Room and meeting spaces. This project has been a long time in construction but it will be worth the wait as a wonderful and inspiring new facility for our community.
Watch this space! We will be sharing news in the new year about opportunities to visit and tour the new Learning Centre.
External clean up and landscaping continues for the Learning Centre (K Block)
And finally the old demountable classroom at the main accessway into the Junior School (currently the Junior School art room) will be removed from site and replaced by open landscaping. A new dedicated Junior School art facility will be relocated within the Junior School.
Goodbye old demountable too long you have stayed!
